Does FtbChunk generate it's config file?

I'm making a modpack, everything is fine but I want to add Antique Atlas instead of ftb chunk I just wanted to know how I could disable the minimap, did some search and aparently a config file should be there but I was unable to find it, FTButlimine does gen it's config file but FtbChunks doesn't any reason of that of is it a bug?
