More advanced instance detection

Currently Fediseer has some problems with instance detection when the instance is configured on another domain/subdomain.

This could probably be related too, but also could be a lack of API method implementation or incomplete WKD configuration:

I'm not sure I understand the problem, what exactly doesn't work on Fediseer?

If you try to guarantee ilyamikcoder.com or rayslava.com it'll fail to detect the instance.
