Can I list all 192.168.0.x IP addresses?

I'm using the following command to create a cert for testing mobile websites locally (on macOS):

mkcert \
	-cert-file "$HOME/Library/Application Support/mkcert/dev-cert.pem" \
	-key-file "$HOME/Library/Application Support/mkcert/dev-key.pem" \
	localhost 127.0.0.1 192.168.1.8

My problem is that the IP address always changes. Do you know if it would be possible to just list all 192.168.0.x and 192.168.1.x IP addresses as parameters? Is there a limit on this?
