Won't emit backspace character in AVNC

Steps to reproduce the bug

Cant delete characters in AVNC app
It seems the keyboard is not emitting the backspace character right while
AOSP Keyboard works.
Tested with screenkey

Expected behavior

It should emit a Backspace character

Actual behavior

Doesn't emit backspace character

Does it happen with other keyboards than AOSP and Fossify?

No its specific to fossify keyboard and it does not happen with aosp keyboard if that was not clear

I've installed AVNC and also can't remove characters with Fossify Keyboards. I've also tested some other keyboards, and all of them could remove.
