On the generated index page of a section, add some signal that a link is a set of pages

The generated index page of a section contains links to the pages of the section and if a page is actually an index of another section, there's no visual clue in the generated page that that's the case. I.e. in the toc they're bold and have a triangle in front of them, but the link on the generated page looks the same as the other links
