Shift register has conflic with ADC signal cause by CLK pin

I use mcp3202 to input two axises signal.Once I conect TM hornet grip which contain 3 cd4021 to the board,the x axis singnal will become uncorrect and unstable.I found this problem caused by CLK pin of shift register,if this pin was connected,the x axis goes crazy.how to fix it,thanks a lot.
