Multiple Channels and EPG like pluto.tv

To my understanding Frikanalen is built to host just one channel and a schedule for this single channel - right? Could the core API and Frontend be extended to host multiple linearized channels (from VoD playlists) and a multichannel epg, similar to a pluto.tv for example?

It would require code and database changes, for sure, but I see no reason why this should be impossible.
