Please add: - Provide by username which hats people have access too to prepare for when purchasing hats is enabled. Edit: All we need to do now; However it's working pretty damn good so far! - /hatl (perhaps /hats have not decided) will provide which hats are accessible - Make hat names non-case sensitive.

Not Priority but would be swagalade:

• Randomized Hats.
  (Example: Sammich has Fez + DevCog, when Sammich speaks either the DevCog or Fez will be shown if /hatcycle is on)
