Gifv's work if you remove the v, I think the easiest and best solution is simply a string replace that will remove the v from any gifv links. I'll begin working on this sooner or later as Doom's previous commit never did work. ;(

Some type of hack to make it work only seems like it's going to make things more of a pain in the ass in the long run. Lets just do things the right way and have it read .gifv properly.
