Should have another R.server=... which will start a docker containing most of Funz algorithm requirements, assuming Rserve is available inside this docker.

Funz.conf:

R.server=docker://irsn/r-funz:4.2

  • from linux, this will start using
    docker run -it irsn/rserve-funz
  • from windows:
    wsl -u root service docker start; docker run -it irsn/rserve-funz
