The Domain Ownership service is a bit in flux since AppRegistry is being retired.

Assuming there's no new service, it was suggested astral can maintain a cache of this in its local database, with some mechanism to consume a feed of data from some other source.

Should Astral local DB be encrypted? IE, is domain ownership info sensitive?
