GITS shift by a day in 1996 in T, WS, RH but not in radiation #1

This applies to all four temperature sensors, two RH and two anemometers.
Note that I am using RACMO as a reference and that similar plot from all other years show highest cross-correlation for zero shift even though there is discrepency between RCM and AWS data.

No major shift anymore
#70 still looks at +/-1hr shifts in ISWR
