GREEKC training-hackathon

This Github repository aims at sharing code for the training-hackathon event organised in Lisbon, Oct 25-27 2017.

The goal of the event is to foster cross-training between bioinformaticians developing resources (databases, tools) about gene regulation and specialists of knowledge representation, in order to foster interoperability between these resources.
