Dashboard Wireframe: Conversion Funnel

Description

Create a wireframe of the conversion funnel. This can be its own page or part of the KPIs page. This wireframe will just have a streamlined funnel.

Dimensions:

• Browser
• Language (English and Spanish versions of page)
• Device type

Streamlined funnel steps (metrics): using views of each section/screen since it's a one-page tool

• Views of Start section
• Views of About the Applicant section
• Views of About the Deceased section
• Views of Results section
• Clicks on benefit accordion
• Clicks to external benefit

Other potential related metrics for future iterations

• Clicks on CTAs at bottom of each screen (this should be about the same as the views of the following screen since that's how they get to the next screen)
• Scroll depth on each screen
• Clicks on questions
• Impressions of each question
• Views of Review Responses section (this is an optional part of the journey so it shouldn't be used to calculate conversion rate)

Future iteration should include both a funnel/path analysis of the 4 screens (with review responses show on the side) and a visualization showing how people go through the questions and which questions have more drop-off.
