Given the blockers of using assistive tech such as JAWS and NVDA via the VDI process, Scott created a mini-version of the app component in Storybook https://bears-storybook.app.cloud.gov/?path=/story/app--primary

This ticket will be considered done when a review of the component is complete and documented including what we were unable to test (error validation, possibly) and what needs to be fixed.

Very cursory review was done in JAWS. Results are here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1V9mtOBrqXUU-RGV4523vkXt9gklxLbJw9S3XJf49u-w/edit?usp=sharing

I would like to re-evaluate the storybook further after I have a chance to go through further form/screen reader training from Deque.

Cursory review performed using NVDA. All results are documented in Screenreader audit V2 storybook prototype spreadsheet.

High level, critical issues have been documented in the QA Audit Bugs/Comment Tracker document.
