Description + screenshot to make tool more discoverable on chrome store

Currently, the tool providing GSA teams technical requirements chrome extension is undiscoverable on the chrome store. We need to:

1. Identify the team that can make chrome store changes.
2. Create a more descriptive name in the extension library so that users can readily identify its purpose.
3. Provide that team w/ a more robust description of the tool
4. Provide that team w/ a screenshot of the tool
