dm-unipz: complex configuration via init script

dm-unipz presently uses a configuration via init script. The firmware

• verifies its MAC and IP
  --> requires reconfiguration in case of dm-unipz hardware replacement
• requires DM MAC and IP of DM
  --> requires reconfiguration in case fo dm hardware replacment

As a result, experts must be in involved in case of hardware failure.

This strategy shall be reviewed and alternatives shall be considered (maybe configuration via generator?)

self-checking of 'MAC and IP' of dm-unipz gateway has been removed; this eases the configuration already

the gateway now only checks MAC of the DM (via a EB query); thus, the MAC address of DM must be configured correctly via a script called during nfs-init
