I was facing this same error. Later I had to redo the entire certification with another account and it was fixed. I do think I did one step wrong and later with the 2nd time just matched will all the guided instruction along with the video. And It was solved.

Hi,
Rather than completing the same course with different mail id, you can delete the previous step. Then again do the same task. I also did in the same way !!!
