KC_GESC cannot be used, how to use SHIFT + ESC to type "~" (KC_TILDE)

This is currently not supported, so I'll leave the issue open in case anyone wants to create a PR.
As an alternative you can set a layer hold: https://github.com/Galzai/MK32/wiki/Customizable-layouts, and set a layer with the ESC key mapped to ~ in the second layer.
