LGSM Valheim server files disappeared

Hello there,
I have a Valheim LGSM server running for several months without any issues so far. I used to reboot it once a week or so and never had any issues. This week I wasn't unable to use the restart command here the result of the command :
bash: ./vhserver: No such file or directory
I check my files with webmin and i noticed that i lost some of my server files... (No world saves, no config files, no LGSM folder).

The server is actually running so my friends and I can still play on the world we started a few months ago, but is there any way to retrieve my world save somehow and reinstall the whole LGSM files ?

I'm pretty sure that if I reboot my whole server (and i will have to do it at some point) i won't be able to run my valheim server back.

(Sorry for any mistakes, english is obviously not my native language)

Additional infos :

If i use the save command ingame it says the save is successful.
I searched the whole server for .db file and .fwl file without success.
I looked at the bash history but there is nothing explaining the removal of these files.
I have a LGSM satisfactory server running on the same dedicated server and there is no issue on this one.
