Describe the bug
Pig tractors does not reliably run its block actions, e.g. tilling, planting, or harvesting. Instead, the actions happen in short bursts.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Obtain a Pig Tractor and equip a hoe
  2. Steer over dirt
  3. Observe that the Pig Tractor does not leave a uninterrupted line of tilled farmland

Expected behavior
Pig Tractors should affect every block steered over.

Fix
Unknown.

Environment

  • Minecraft version: 1.21.3 and 1.21.4
  • Server version: 1.21.3 Fabric Gamemode 4 Official Skyblock & as well as paper (see discord)

Additional context
Further testing needed.
