Both of the above will reload the config.yml file.
Using this command should reload all configuration options immediately. If you have any problems where the config options don't work after reloading the config.yml file, please try restarting your server before you submit a GitHub bug issue.
You will receive confirmation when the config.yml file has been reloaded.
