Hello, it seems that terrain features from various mods generate incorrectly. Notably, GregTech (GTCEu) oil deposits generate some distance above ground, resulting in huge floating balls of oil. Millenaire villages generate at bedrock level. It seems that the mods are checking the height of the terrain and an incorrect value is being returned at that stage of worldgen. Additionally, GTCEu ore veins are exceedingly rare and often are missing some chunks. Some regions have more common veins and some have nothing for kilometres.

Similar issue here, pretty much every ore in my modpack spawns close to the surface, which does make mining easier but kind of ruins cave exploration altogether. All the underground structures spawn on the surface as well, like inventory pet's dungeons, which leave big ugly dirt and brick cubes all over the world.
