I faced this problem when I test on chrome/ incognito mode
This case could be reproduced by a browser without metamask in below steps :

  • Open app.pairwise.vote in incognito mode(or a browser without memamask extension )
  • Tap on " connect "
  • Select wallet connect option
  • Scan QR code
  • Open metamask in mobile
  • Select and connect an account
  • The badges are shown
  • Tap on "collect voting power" button
  • See error
