Figure out how to lock/unlock instead of Mint/Burn tokens across chains.

"We'll will need to figure out how it syncs the different chains, but I'm guessing they go into a locked pool and the destination chain is known, so we can check if chain is deployed and we can have SuperGenius chain too."
