Poartge 树通常非常庞大，而储存 Portage 树效率最高的方法就是归档为 SquashFS 文件。但这项工作在用户端做非常麻烦，Gentoo-zh 可提供每日的 SquashFS 归档服务，并在 gentoo-zh 里提供 emerge-sqfssync 作为一个特色。
