Error on a win7 pc

Whenever I run any of "scrcpy console" or "open a terminal here" i get the following error:

ERROR: Could not find any ADB device
ERROR: Server connection failed

tried to mirror a xiaomi redmi note 9 and a realme c21y
whats the solution?

now i'm getting this with a window saying adb.exe stopped functioning
