Cannot divorce a user

Description
So, the issue here is that, we are fully unable to divorce this user, when you look at .maiimunchkin's list of partners .lachy2909 shows up, however on .lachy2909's partner list, it says they are not married

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior
.lachy2909 would appear on .maiimunchkin's list of partners, and admins would be able to divorce them.
