Date not getting populated in Safari

I am trying to record the real-time date and display it in the charts. In chrome browser its working perfectly, but with Safari the X-axis shows 'invalid date' and when I wrap it as an app and in iPad i am getting the date as '01-Jan-1970'. I am not sure where the problem. Its all done using Quasar framework.
