Hi,
Even I am facing the issue in the installation of HPVM. I couldn't locate makefile or build folder. Not sure, if some command is missing.

HPVM's release repository has been updated and the newer version is not compatible with Trireme. To install a version of HPVM that is compatible with Trireme, please head over to the HPVM releases page here, and download release version 1.0. Then, you can follow the instructions in the downloaded repo for installation.
