Putting this in comms for now but if there's traction it will get it's own repo :)
Are you in Social Coding? OR Are you a dev? OR Do you have UI/UX skills? OR Are you talented with google suite?
I want to build an interface for the monthly Roles Process that should be pretty simple:
At the lowest level it would:
Auto-populate the Roles Form with Current Projects and Next Actions fields of the last month's Roles Sheet, respective to the role and the person filling it.
Auto-populate the above mentioned fields in the sheet with new responses from the google form.
Show on the Roles Sheet which fields have been updated in the past 2 weeks and which have been stagnant for longer. (Probably thru an "If, then" conditional formatting equation within google sheets.)
At the higher level, it could:
Be a different (but simple!) UI for Google Forms or Sheets that makes the whole experience wayyyyy better!
Have a log-in function so that you can sign in with your name (& email) and then see a portal personalized just for you. (still just info that is autofilled from the Roles Sheet)
Have an interface for giving feedback on Roles. (Probably would choose some words/images that correspond to scores 1-5 but feel nicer to click than typing a numerical grade at somebody. And of course have the comment feedback field.)
Function as a sort of "Intranet" for Giveth.
@bowensanders please help me figure out how to/who to boost this to in Social Coding and beyond!
