The problem is that project owners and their project addresses are often different from each other. This is especially true if an owner has multiple projects on multiple chains. We'll need a way for project owners to be able to manage the funds that are held by the recipient address, allowing those funds to be deposited and withdrawn from GIVsavings.

However funds should never be allowed to flow from the recipient address into the project owner's wallet.
