remove nice tokens fields & calculations from givbacks calculation #65

As part of the effort to deprecate the distribution of $nice tokens we should remove the fields and calculations from the givbacks calculations api

making sure we remove these three fields from calculation

we should also remove this api service from our swagger additionally:
https://givbacks.giveth.io/api-docs/#/NICE/get_eligible_donations_for_nice_token
