should map time of day to 2 values using sin/cos trick
Same with month (maybe just use timestamp modded to year)
Add sin(lat) as a possible feature or something so that month gets mapped to season
Use likely fishing list to compute n_fishing and n_nonfishing neighbors separately.
Generate multiple feature sets for each fishing vessel with reduced point density.

Looks good. Although we'll need to make sure that there's no loop between the fishing/non-fishing list and our vessel classifier.
