start-interaction fails to propose any DefaultToken on Rinkeby #438

We can't start-interaction on Rinkeby because it fails to offer RIN as a defaultToken there.

Submitted a pull request to gerbil-ethereum addressing this issue. Now one can successfully run buy-sig on rinkeby.
