Add this document to public /docs folder. Save as .md

Not all the criteria will apply to each and every event.

things to run through at every meetup:

  • icebreakers: an activity that gets people talking and sharing.
  • Community news and events that are on our blog
    • ask the audience does anyone have any news/events
    • point people to online process for submitting news and encourage
  • Mention github issue tracker for questions, i.e. getting people invovled
  • talk about the code of conduct and point out the people to talk to
  • announce sponsors (sponsors get 5 minutes to chat)
  • announce upcoming events
  • does anyone have a meetup?
  • post event arrangement (have one)
  • jobs (end of the meetup)?
