Add User Limit

Marzban gets user info when someone use sub link on app or someone updates it sub

so it’s good to we can list user devices
And we can limit user devices by ip limit

so in my opinion, merge ip log list and devices list
And add user limit option

user limit can't be set on subscription update
user can transfer config from a device to another device manually

I said we can merge it
I didn’t said when user updated on two devices we shoud ban it
For example : somone updates it sub on four devices daily
And have three different ip in logs always
So we can found user use on at least 3 devices at the same time

ok so what you looking for its number of active devices
for this we need to analyse logs
this is not good to be done on marzban because its a heavy job and can affect other functions
but we can record devices ip who updated sub in last few days
