Error in the version control of the proposals #25

Describe the bug
When I go in control version on one proposal, there is an error. so i can't changes on diff control between version x and y.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://wedecide.experimental.greenparty.ca/processes/leadership/f/344/proposals/2562/versions
Click on Version 1
See error

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to see what changes between one version rather other.
