Roll out the IF Visualiser

Scope of work:

• remove the "become a watcher" button from the visualiser page
• add a menu item called "Documentation" and takes to IF docs https://if.greensoftware.foundation/intro
• add link in menu called "Home" to go back to the viz starting page
• make IF logo takes to if homepage https://if.greensoftware.foundation/
• deploy to https://viz.if.greensoftware.foundation
• update IF homepage https://if.greensoftware.foundation/ to add a new menu item called "Visualizer" that takes people to https://viz.if.greensoftware.foundation

Everything is finished locally and when I tried to deploy there is access restriction. Something maybe happened recently the involved access changes.
I want to have admin access to this repo https://github.com/Green-Software-Foundation/if-visualizer

hey @russelltrow FYI, do you know anything about any changes with GH permissions?

Not aware of any changes. Checked the repo and no permissions had been added, I've added GSF peeps as Admin
