server crash upon starting

well i love ars magica but lately it seems to me it isn't playable for multiplayer any more cause it crashes upon loading.
i know there are more post like this but i can't really find the solution in those posts.
please help me out here

i tried in 1.7.10 and 1.10.2
but both got the same crash
