Disable multiple item purchase for backpack

You can purchase Teleport and Disguiser multiple times in the same round, this bug the previous teleport/disguiser that you have (You can't use it basicly), by fixing this i got the C4 bugged even more

I'm thinking of removing the option to buy multiple if you already have that item.
Not sure tho.

If you allready have the item in your backpack it's a pretty good idea, avoid player wasting credits in something that they allready have
