Description

  • Create program-wide mechanisms for recognizing team members efforts and giving kudos
  • Examples might include:
    • A shared slack channel where folks can share kudos
    • An automated reminder in an existing slack thread where folks can post kudos
    • A segment at the beginning of team of teams

  • Probability of success: 80%
  • Key risks
    • There are few spaces where all of the segments of the program are actively engaged
    • Adoption of these mechanisms might be slow to catch on
