Multi-step translation (Double translation)

Is it possible to create a system that passes the translated text from one program to another program for further translation to the desired language?
Within LunaTranslator, of course.

For example, if the first program can only translate from Japanese to English, and the second program can translate from English to Russian (or other languages), the system can combine them to translate.
Example: Sugoi supports translation from ja to en, but not to ru. However, the translation of Sugoi can be passed to another translation service and extract the target translation from it, which will be output in LunaTranslator.
