In the Excel files that are produced for StructureDefinitions, there are hidden columns and filters pre-set. For some SDs, this means that no rows are displayed.

These files shouldn't have filters or hidden columns.

The column it's supposed to be filtering on is mustSupport. Someone has added a new 'label' column which has shifted the columns over by one and the filter column wasn't changed to accommodate this. Need to correct the column being filtered on. Will retain the filter though.
