背景:
部署到 线上环境后，https 环境下，请求getUserInfos 报错。
报错信息：
null 异常，问题是 response.close() 中， response 是空
报错原因是：Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
原因是 发送请求没有支持 ssl ，希望能支持
