Motivation

Currently, each user running this demo/tutorial will write/overwrite the same folders since the paths are set to use shared-volume rather than user volume.
Also it makes sense to use SSO when creating a Spark session to avoid unnecessary authentication parameters/exposure within the notebook.

Contribution

I will submit a PR that can fix these.
