It's no fun when requests aren't accurate. Make it easy for hardware desk staff to correct problems with requests on the spot by allowing the following request attributes to be edited:

  • requested quantity
  • requested item
  • requesting user
  • canceling a request
  • marking a request in Ready for Pickup as abandoned

Use a similar UX to the photo ID collection flow
