Should it? I've been looking into this issue. And this Right-Mouse-Click-menu only shows the option Soft Wrap. But the behaviour really depends on the settings of Soft Wrap: fixed width, window width etc.

Also with long words it wouldn't wrap the word until the break between words. That might be a wrong implementation of the wrapping functionality but for now this doesn't seem to be an issue.
