Delete category after uninstallation #1

Hello,

currently, the category remains even after uninstallation. Then is a manual
deletion via the administration is necessary.
(Maybe the category should be removed exactly as it is created) https://github.com/WoltLab/WCF/blob/master/wcfsetup/install/files/lib/data/category/CategoryAction.class.php#L46
