Currently, even if you leave the cursor behavior as default (blank) the cursor on most clickable elements (like the sidebar buttons) will not turn into a "finger" to indicate the element is clickable, but stays as a cursor:
Ideally we would have the ability to specify custom cursors for clickable, text, etc--but since that's probably a huge lift, I'd love if all cursor behavior simply stays the same if a custom cursor is not selected.
